Agree totally that a business lounge should be a quiet oasis and not generally available for a token payment. By all means have separate lounges and there are many airports with lounges available to certain cardholders etc, or ones which are solely designed as pay per use. If paying $350 for a business upgrade to Brisbane it then seems a bit petty to read people complaining had to pay $10 instead of $7 to use the lounge which is a big part of the incentive to pay more and fly business.
