Plastic bags

Sounds a bit crazy but I was told by someone that when you go shopping in Bali markets, the plastic bag given to you will give a secret code to the other sellers. Black means you are a great bargainer ... so that the other sellers will quote a much higher price for you to bargain. Heard of this before??
