if you got a black & white sriped plastic bag, then you had been "ripped off" & the next shop owner/stall owner/seller knew to do the same & rip you off as an easy peasy target, so they got a much better deal for there wares as to the little "black & white stiped plastic bag" ......dont know if this is true....but i was told this is what happens
