if you are worried about the colour of the bags being a code why don't you take your own? We did last year and it was great. We took a couple of those free give aways ones that a lot of shops give you the ones made out of a soft material which is so much better to carry in Bali rather than the plastic and it helps Bali by reducing the amount of plastic bags.
