Well, the plastic bags don't mean anyting. The sellers don't have different bags for each sale they make. It is true that if you walk to a stall with a bag from a high price place, like Ripcurl or Body and Soul, they will know that you've paid a lot of money for clothes, so their starting price will be higher.
