I was under the impression from previous posts that registration was mandatory now. The Balinese Government trying to stop mobile phones being used as detonators to bombs. Where did you get yours...maybe an option for those not wanting to hand over details and wanting a throw away, short term sim. Personally I will be going too often (hopefully) so will get a registration done so that I can use same sim number each trip.
