I will try and register the 2 I have, I believe if you had 200,000 Rph left in credit then registration could go ahead, and yes an extension on the date was mentioned but I didn't get a date. I don't have a problem with registration, like you say we do it here in Aus.. I did think that it may not allow us to pass on sim cards but don't know how that would be policed so I suppose you still could.
