Hi i have been looking at this forum for quite a while now,as i am thinking about taking my family to bali in july..i am doing lots of research trying to decide if this would be a great vacation for us..we are traveling a very long way (from san francisco)so i need to be sure..i have been reading some comments about stray dogs,and trash on the beaches in town etc..i have been to mexico quite a few times and realize that once you get out of the resorts/hotels it can be a totally different picture..so is bali like that? are there some areas to totally avoid? thanks..
