confused re cost of sim card

have done a forum search and came across two costs. One post said cost was 80,000 rp with 15,000 rp credit and the another post said card cost 20,000rp with 10,000 rp credit. Which is correct?
Do i need i.d. to buy one? And where can i buy one in Sanur please?
