Different brands have different costs and depending on what or which one you buy will determine upon the amount of credit you wish to purchase. I believe you do need your passport now if you register your sim, not sure if you have to register or not though. Can't help with Sanur but I'd hazard a guess that any phone shop will do or ask your hotel bellboy.....usually they can tell you where is best/cheapest....they may even offer to get for you!
