A friend brought their Balinese friend over for a holiday and has just discovered he has lost his return ticket... can't gat a straight answer from Garuda on what to do so does anyone have any suggestions on easiest/cheapest way to fix the problem. I thought they could just re-issue a copy of the ticket but they are talking $100 plus all taxes...does this sound right?
