Went to Bali last October, after copying my ticket and passport, left my ticket on the scanner at home, 3 plus hours away from Melbourne airport. Garuda reissued my ticket at the cost of $100, and that was only because I had a copy of my ticket, otherwise I would have had to pay full cost of ticket which was around $1500. They were very helpful at airport, I think they could see the panic on my face. Hope this helps.
