the $165 was for accomadation and that they as agents weren't charging a cancellation fee.
We also cop the $425 airfare fee cos its not till december.
Before you judge this is my 19 yr old son and his girlfriend. My son has never been to Bali and they were planning to be there for New Year.

Can't blame for getting cold feet!!
I was wondering if they flew to Thailand through Denpasar would they save the cancellation fee and just cop a change!!
Anyone got any thoughts on that.
