i feel very sorry for nicki. I'm an agent but don't book bali as most of my clients are inbound travellers to Australia. However I remember working thru sep 11 and lost about 2 months wages as I only work on commission. So please don't blame the agents, we have to pay our mortgages and put food on our tables too. But make sure they are being realistic in what they are charging you and question if you feel it is too much.
