Forgive me my ignorance if the answer to my question is blatantly obvious....

I've just read the following comment from Alexander Downing in The Age... "Australia's Foreign Minister, Alexander Downer, said the government's travel warnings to Australians planning to visit Indonesia made it "perfectly clear" for some time "that there are real dangers of terrorist attacks on Indonesia, including Bali"."

Now my question is this..... if they have all this info.... why don't they do something about it???
