Dynasty and Honeymoon Guesthouse

Finally,it has come down to these 2 choices for our stay in May -June in the South and Ubud region.But could anyone tell me whether the beach and waters at Dynasty is clean enough for kids to wade and pick shells?
Also, I understand HMGH does not haev any air-conditioning but I'm told that May-June might be rather warm and that would make us, especially the baby uncomfortable.Anyone been there to be able to give me some feedback?
