Laura I think this is a management problem, they need to realise that they need more staff if everyone is so busy (which I have no doubt they are). To be specific, Flight Centre in Carillon Arcade, Perth did not bother to get back to me with quotes to Japan even thought I was a customer who had used them before, also Flight Centre Belmont Forum have also taken so long on at least 3 occasions that I had already booked elsewhere. I no longer even bother calling them.
