I actually work for a flight centre, i am not disagreeing with what you are saying but you have to understand that we are very busy, but i also understand that if you make a promise to call back a client then you try your best to do it wether it be the same day or the next day. As far as the deals go, we usually do not find out until the day before and we cannot give out any details of specials to anyone, even if we could do that, the specials do not go into effect until after eg.getaway bali special! so friends would have about as much chance as anyone else. Yes, it is a shame that some consultants are being unfriendly, but all the consultants in my office are very friendly and we do as much as we can for the client, i think that you have to be a consultant to know what im talking about, but i just hope everyone knows that im not having a dig at anyone personally.it just annoys me that everyone mentions flight centre in general! not singles out particular offices which makes me mad because we are not all lacking the customer service that you are looking for.
