I have previously on this forum relayed my experience with flight centre on a family holiday where the tix were not delivered until night before we left and we ended up leaving Oz without proper return tix. We got to Bali and found that the accomodation hadn't been booked despite flight centre advising - in reponse to my concerns about how slack they were with the tix - that they had personally faxed the hotel (NOT). 3 tired and hungry kids, late at night in a foreign city with a fully booked hotel - it was great travel experience:(
There are plenty of travel agents out there who will give you good service at the same price as flight centre. USE THEM!
