Sanur or Seminyak?

Hi all,
we would love some advice on this....
not sure whether to stay in Sanur or Seminyak.
So far thoughts are 1 week Legion,3 days Ubud,3 days Candidasa,just not sure of the last week.
Just the 2 of us in late 40's and first time with no kids.....would love advice..please....just have to get this planned going in June.
