I would go to Sanur if you want to spend the last week in peace and laze on the white sandy beach as its very quiet there at the moment and has been for a while or stay in Seminyak if you want to spend the last week eating well, browsing shops etc...given that your staying in Ubud and Candidasa, you may well be ready for a bit more excitement so I would say Seminyak.
