Going to Bali for the 1st Time

Hi
My boyfriend and I (21) are thinking about going to Bali in July for the first time. I have read messages from this great site and am thinking of staying at the Santika Beach in Tuban and Hotel Tjampuhan in Ubud. We are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, with the oppurtunity to do some watersports and laze on the beach/by the pool. We are not interested in nightclubs, lots of people or much shopping. Questions: Do you think these hotels will be suitable? Does the Santika provide free use of non-motorised water sports? Is it cheaper to eat out of the hotels or pay an inclusive rate? Are the beaches there nice (have heard bad things about Bali beaches) The hotels need to be fairly nice, and we would be looking for nice rooms, grounds and large pool. We dont want to be surrounded by kids, and dont want to be in an overly busy area.
