is lovely. We stay up the road so I can't give you first hand advice but from what we see walking past, it is sensational and the grounds are bliss. It may be pricey though. The beaches in Sanur are fine and we stay on the same side as the Hyatt at the Besakih so just up the beach would be pretty much the same. I know our beach is cleaned and raked every morning so Im sure the Hyatt would have the same standards. They have watersports because there JetSki's get used at our hotel as well but I think you have to pay extra for motorised anywhere.
Always eat at restaurants! Why stay in and eat expensive meals at the hotel when you can explore sensational new food and eat 2 courses for $10. The Sanur restaurants are of high standard as with anywhere so you will never fail to find a cheap yet yummy meal. Never stick to just your area either. We did on our first trip 10 years ago but ever since, we eat, shop, swim, play and drink pretty much all over the place. Make sure you eat every where, spend the extra to get a cab and really get into the restaurants. Its a different culture and its good to see as much as possible and try everything. You'll have a great time.
