Wondering exactly how it works with a hired driver. Do you usually hire as an all day thing, or is it possible to get one just to take you somewhere for a couple of hours? When hired for the day, do they usually wait in the car for you or do they actually join in on what you are doing and act as a guide? Also, is it customary to tip?
