Drivers/guides will agree w/you upon a price to do a fixed time or destination. They will be happy with the agreed upon price. If you feel they deserve a tip - then by all means, tip them.
Always, remember!!!! The amount of money you pay and tip your driver is usally not as much as you would pay for a night out at home (plus the thousands being spent on this trip to Bali).
