Where is Best Snorkeling in Bali?

We'll have 3 days to snorkel in Bali. Does anyone know where the very best snorkeling areas are? We hear that Manjangan Island is good. Anywhere else? Any snorkeling info or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
