Of course the best place to do snorkling is Nusa Menjangan. But for the night it is better to stay at Lovina Beach where you could see the sun set and the hostel are cheaper.
There is an other place to do snorkling between Tedjakula and Tianyar. You could find there a boat which has sank during the second world war.
