Honeymoon in February - Good Idea?

I'm planning a honeymoon for February 1999, and we are seriously considering Bali. As February seems to fall right in the middle of the "rainy season", I'm a little worried that it might be the wrong time of year to go. We do want to spend most of our time outdoors - beach and sightseeing, etc. Should we look elsewhere? What about the humidity and the mosquitoes? I can handle a little rain, as long as it doesn't rain all day, every day. And is it possible to keep the mosquitoes away?
