Duty and tax on Cigarettes

I remember reading on here a while back what the duty cost is per cigarette if you exceed the duty free limit. Realising that the duty free amount has now reduced from 200 cigarettes to 50, my friend was asking what the cost per cigarette is charged over the limit? Anyone know?
