This post had me thinking so I checked on the customs website. Gone up slightly to 0.406.... So yes about $10 per pack of 20's. Not sure if it's worth the hassle as I'm still trying to find a brand that is a good substitute for Winfield blues. Tried Marlbro lights and Lucky strike reds. Not quite right so any other suggestions please?
