you spend your time but if you think that the Bali belly situation no longer exists you are sadly misinformed. last year there was an enormous outbreak,apoteks sold out, local doctors were doing a fantastic trade. one told me she had never been so busy.
Western food has improved vastly, but it's harder to get good indo style without eating at warungs.
I personally feel very lucky to have spent time in Bali before it was totally destroyed.
