Had my wedding ring resized and it was done by melting down and making a new one, didn't know it would be done that way but still happy with the result.
I have had over 40+ pieces of gold jewellery made through Burharn for family and friends over last 10 years and am 99% happy with the work.
As with getting anything made in bali, if you have the right person communication/instructions are the most important thing.
Dosent sound like the instructions were cut 3 links off and return them.
How many grams did you start with and how many including the small blob did you end up with?. loyal customer ... jon
