I have spoken at length with Burhan on the matter.
He and I are on the same page regarding what was required.
It was a simple request.
He says that the "blob" was just a mistake and that the bracelet returned is the original.
It is very obviously not.
He cannot answer how come there are still 28 links in the chain.
He will have many trusting and loyal customers.
I am not now one of them.
I have no reason to lie about what is a simple matter of swapping an expensive item for a relatively cheap one.
