We're looking to stay at the Holiday Inn Baruna next year for part of our holiday and have been checking out their rates. I've noticed that most of their 'deals' they offer you need to pay the full accommodation account up front and it's non refundable. Is this normal? I would have thought a deposit of a couple of nights rate would have been the norm for a big hotel or has it just been too long since I've been on holiday? :)
Also, we're looking at the one bedroom suite for 2A + 2C (6 & 8yo). Can anyone tell me where these rooms are in relation to the pool area pls
