Hi, I have stayed her 3 times. The one bedroom suites are located all around the hotel in the 3 storey block. There is only 1 x 1br suite that has pool access. I booked it and paid in full 9 months in advance and when arrived they had me on the second floor over looking the pool and had given my room to someone else. So no gaurantee that you will get what you ask for.
It is a great hotel, lots of grass, lovely pool area and great staff. The 1br suite would be ideal for your kids ages. Lounge room has a sofa bed for them to sleep on and a king bed in the bedroom.
I have always paid in advance in full to get the better rate and never had any problems. I am sure you will enjoy this hotel.
