I see your point however the Cost of the Visa is different because of what is invoved in processing the Visa. The Australian Visa for Indonesians and many other nationalities requires substantially more processing than does the VOA. The VOA is not a Visa a such, no checking or referencing is done it is just an administrative stick it in the passport. It is in fact an entry charge nothing more, as the word Visa suggests that some investigation or checking is carried out and thus the charge.
My point that it may have an impact on Bali is, I feel valid.
