Have a look at Sunset House (well under your budget), views from the Ocean view rooms are spectacular I'm told, or Qunci Hotel & Villas (over budget though).
Will be on Lombok next week & will hopefully post a few HNRs or a JBR so keep an eye out and will let you know more :-)
