To be honest I've never done it so I can't comment with any real authority but I would have thought by the time you get there and back from Senggigi not to mention waiting for inter-island boats (which I believe are scheduled and not 'on demand') you'd spend a significant portion of your day getting to and from rather than relaxing.
Perhaps better to do one island well than two islands rushed.
Not sure what your demographic is Stephjoy but I would guess that Gili Air or Meno would be more your cup of tea.
We've got 5 nights on Gili Air in May.
