Travel insurance query

A friend who is traveling with me in March/April has just read over her travel insurance policy which states that if she contracts a disease which is in the Aust Government list of advised immunisations, and she hasn't had that immunisation, she will not be covered by her policy. I have read over my TID policy and can not find anything relating to it. Has anyone heard of this before?
