Last year we were on a domestic Virgin flight, while I had my attention on one child, the other one started kicking the seat in front of him. The lady got out of her seat (aisle) and came back to him and gave him quite a good talking to. She did it very nicely but I was horrified, until she spoke to him I had no idea he had been doing it. But to top it all off, after she spoke to him, she turned to me and gave me what for about supervising my kids and making sure they are not being annoying to other people. Apparently they had had a bit of push and shove while I went to the loo at some stage. I went from feeling so happy and proud of my kids to feeling like a complete failure, her tongue was THAT sharp.
