You need qualifications that they do not have and diplomas etc to prove that working for bed and board is seen as payment . If you are there now go and see a lawyer or agent and look at the list of permited work they need. I think you will findtourism is a definate no no as there are many qualified Indonesians looking for work Sorry but I hope this helps .G?ood luck
