Okay,

Much cash on my person upon arrival in Bali....Dread the thought of putting my ATM card into a Bali ATM only to find someone is "phishing" my number like a thief under the cloud of darkness.

Security measures that I should employ?

Please, no, "Make sure you're locked in an incubated ATM machine and must use a thumb print to get out."

Be practical.
