new anit smoking laws???

Hi all, i have read some posts below saying that new anti smoking laws are being inforced in Bali?? can anyone tell me what this is all about?? where are they talking your not allowed to smoke?? we are heading back to bali in april and we would'nt want to get in trouble for smoking in the wrong places :)
