Sayang Maha Mertha, Champlung Mas and Adi Dharma.
These three hotels are virtually in the lane behind Kuta Lagoon and within easy walking distance.
You could also try Suriwathi Hotel in Jl Sahadewa (Garlic Lane) just off Jl Melasti. A lot of members of Bali Travel Forum stay here and you will find plenty of information if you do a search on here.
Just scroll up the home page until you see "search", click on and put in the names of the hotels.
You can also look them up on Google or Tripadvisor.
