Can anyone who had flights cancelled or booked after the 30 April from Darwin, please advise if they have received refunds or have been able to contact Air asia by phone.i have tried several times to no avail.I had flights booked for May & have received an email confirming cancellation refund for bali to darwin, nothing from darwin to bali.I am still waiting for cancellation notice for flights booked in August.Any idea how long it takes, this Airline is a Joke!!
