I phoned them straight away as we had flights booked in may, and they told me I had to email them to get a refund. I have sent them 3 emails and I still have not heard anything. I even checked my refund status online and nothing has been lodged. I am hoping there is someone we can contact as this is not on. At least with Air Australia I received a full refund within 3 working days.
