Totally agree,rang immediately when we got the text about the cancellation,they didnt tell me to txt or email then, but waited a couple of days,so I rang A/Asia In Indonesia and told me to email then. So far I have email twice with no response at all. EXTREMELY POOR.
There might be a travel ombusmen that we may be able to ring, havent looked at that prospect yet but will do now.
