I bought a dongle (XL-PRO) last year and it was fine.
Paid 300,000 for unlimited download for 3 months and now all have to do next time is top back up for 1 month 100,000rp.

There are cheaper one's available for just a month (100-150,000rp i think) but not sure if it was unlimited.

Worked fine Singaraja/Amed and Kuta of course.
