Yep, i have asked the misses to speak to BCA and they too say the SWIFT / BIC code, which is the format i use at work when making international payments.
However... the western union system asks for bank identifier, branch identifier, and account number. I will have to give them a call. I know this number exits - its called a kliring (assume clearing) number, and they are listed on the BCA website, what i cant find out is why it is saying her account number isnt valid. :-/
Lets hope western union are able to help with their own system. Really dont want to send my normal western union method as its so expensive.
