Bank Transfer - account number format?

Hi All,

I am trying to transfer money to my partners BCA Bank Account in Indonesia, using western union direct to bank transfer. (the money is to pay for our wedding).

I am having trouble though with the format of the account number, is anyone able to help?

So far i have:
The bank identification number 014
The branch identification number 7540
Her account number 7540XXXXX1

i have tried exactly as above, and also by dropping the 7540 from the account number but still no success. Anyone able to help?
